What Information We Collect

Enquiry Form
When you fill out our contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event such as the type of event and your preferred date.

Booking Requests

Our website uses the Amelia booking plugin to manage event booking requests. When you submit a booking enquiry, the same types of information listed above are collected so that we can process your request and follow up with you accordingly.

We do not process any payments on this website. All financial arrangements are handled separately and directly with our team.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to serve you in relation to your event enquiry or booking. Specifically, we use it to respond to your questions, check and confirm venue availability, follow up on your booking request, and maintain accurate records of our communications with you.

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, newsletters, or automated messaging of any kind, unless you have specifically requested to hear from us in that way.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own purposes. Your information stays with us.

The Amelia booking plugin, which powers the booking function on our website, processes your data strictly on our behalf and solely for the purpose of managing your reservation. It does not use your data for any other purpose.

The only circumstance in which we would disclose your information to a third party is if we were legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid court order or request from a Jamaican regulatory authority.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage your enquiry or booking and to maintain accurate records of our business communications. Once your event has passed and there is no ongoing legal or business reason to retain your data, we will delete it securely.

If you would like us to delete your information before that time, please contact us and we will action your request without delay.
